Profile:
Industry veteran, reselling technology products and solutions B2B in the US from either Canada or the US. Must have portfolio of $240,000 GP or greater (annually) – usually 5yrs of experience or more. Candidates with less may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Individual should self-manage and have the skills to evolve and adapt in an ever-changing landscape. Candidate must be proficient in managing their own business within the tools, applications, and processes of DCW – there is no admin function for our sellers.

A Day in the Life:
Managing current portfolio and increase lines of business (LOB) in partnership with leadership. Drive net new growth leveraging DCW’s Best in Class sales enablement tools such as Sales Force, ZoomInfo and Connect & Sell. Current ERP migration to Oracle Net Suite with VAR as front-end. No unnecessary KPI’s or micromanagement of metric driven initiatives. Individual has full autonomy to run their business as they see fit within the confines of DCW corporate protocols. No Geo or vertical alignment or time-zone restrictions. DCW encourages an environment of progress, not process. Sellers are encouraged to be creative and participate in leadership forums to brainstorm growth initiatives. All ideas are welcome. Customer visits are supported and encouraged. T&E would be shouldered by DCW.
Compensation:
- 100% spiffs
- No artificial loads on cost
- Very aggressive Base
- Lucrative comp plan that starts at 15%, capping at 25%
- Commission ONLY plans are also available, capping at 40%
